Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using In Your Voice, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
In Your Voice is a bedtime story app that allows parents and caregivers to create personalized stories narrated by AI voices or their own recorded voice.
Subscriptions
- In Your Voice offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features
- Free users may create up to 3 AI-generated stories
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate for children
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI models or voice data
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Voice Recordings & Content
- You retain ownership of your voice recordings
- By uploading recordings, you grant us a limited license to store and play them back for you within the app
- We do not use your recordings to train AI models
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record any voices uploaded as Memory Voices
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, In Your Voice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app for violations of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
